What is it

An interface to consult and coordinate operations

SideraHost presents the information received by the Vesta home automation system and organizes it by hotel, room, map and function. Its purpose is to help staff know what is happening and where they should intervene.

Monitor the hotel

It allows you to check the general status and then access the details of each room.

Occupancy and availability.
Temperature, humidity and air conditioning.
Cleanliness, privacy, doors and windows.

Locate specific situations

Filters, notes and indicators allow you to go from general data to the affected rooms.

Rooms with pending notes.
Minimum and maximum environmental values.
Rooms under maintenance or out of service.

Manage access and system

Profiles determine which pages and areas each user can consult. The System section brings together technical information, synchronization and reserved controls.

Preferences and permissions per user.
Synchronization with SideraWeb.
Diagnosis and actions for authorized technicians.

From indicator to verification

The interface is designed for progressive reading: first a general situation is identified, then its origin is located and finally it is verified that the intervention has resolved the problem.

Review

Check Hotel General to see occupancy, pending notes, temperature and humidity extremes, cleaning and maintenance.

Step 2

Locate

Open Hotel Detail or Maps and use the filters to identify the related room, area, or device.

Step 3

Act and check

The responsible personnel carry out the intervention. SideraHost is then consulted again to confirm the new status and verify that there are no pending notices.
