Magnolia Residence, a multi-unit CasaZero intervention in the heart of the Sacra Famiglia district in Padua, was designed and built in 2016 by the Furlan Costruzioni Group of Cadoneghe. The complex consists of 11 residential units and is characterized by the numerous innovative solutions adopted for energy efficiency and independence.
The UNA Automation home automation system allows the management of lighting scenarios, thermoregulation, load control, consumption reading and control of the alarm system. The production and consumption of the building are monitored and managed by the administration remotely via smartphone or tablet with a few simple touches. Within the individual housing units, each owner maintains control of the system of their home thanks to the SideraHome and Web services and local controls of the MIX domestic range, connected to the home automation system.
