“Residenza Neruda” is the first example in Padua and Veneto, and among the first at national level, of an ecological home that respects 100% the surrounding environment to the point of even being an anti-polluting factor. Neruda residence, in Padua, was designed and built by the Furlan Costruzioni Group of Cadoneghe, and is the first example in Veneto, and among the first at national level, of an ecological home in Class A4 – called CasaZero – which fully respects the surrounding environment to the point of even being an anti-polluting factor. Made on an experimental basis with a pollution-eating wall paint. The building divided into 16 apartments is an architectural gem in a quiet part of the city. The heart of the “Friend of the environment” building is the UNA Automation home automation system for managing lighting scenarios, temperature control, load control, consumption reading and control of the alarm system. The production and consumption of the building are monitored and managed by the administration remotely via smartphone or tablet with a few simple touches. Within the individual housing units, each owner maintains control of the system of their home thanks to the SideraHome and Web services and local controls of the MIX domestic range, connected to the home automation system.
